Each program is customized for your learning path. Simply follow the order provided, starting on menu marked Introduction. You can’t go wrong—we’ll guide you step-by-step.

Is there a specific schedule I must follow?

Not necessarily. Your program is flexible to fit your lifestyle. We recommend a weekly commitment of focused time, and you’ll find suggested milestones built into your program.

I feel overwhelmed - where can I ask for help?

You’re not alone! Use the “Ask My Mentor” button in your dashboard to submit questions. We’re here to walk this journey with you.

How do I access my course dashboard?

Once you’re logged in, your dashboard is the first thing you’ll see. From there, click My Program to explore your personalized path.

I can't find my program - where is it?
Don’t worry! If it’s not on your dashboard, check the navigation menu or click on the My Programs tab. If it’s still missing, reach out to support—we’ll sort it out quickly.
The menu on my program page isn’t working - what should I do?
Try refreshing the page or switching to a different device or browser. If that doesn’t help, let us know using the “Tech Support” button—we’ll troubleshoot it for you.
How do I know where I left off?
Each module automatically tracks your progress. The next section in your journey will be marked “In Progress” or “Continue Here.”
Can I go back and revisit previous modules?

Great question! When you join, we assess your background, aspirations, and current challenges. We even had a personal virtual session giving you feedback on the assessments to get your perspective and agreed on your major challenges and the framework of your personalized development program. Based on that, we build a unique development journey tailored to your growth stage, pace, and purpose. No generic one-size-fits-all here.
Can I speak with someone about my progress?
Yes, and we encourage it. Your mentor or facilitator is there to walk with you. You can share questions, thoughts, via the WhatsApp support line or via the F & Q section and arrange a session.
How do I ask for feedback or guidance during the course?
Use the “Ask for Feedback” button within your course, or message us via WhatsApp with a reflection, challenge, or idea. You’ll receive personalized guidance based on where you are on your journey.
What if I feel stuck or uncertain about my next step?

I’m having trouble logging in - what should I do?

My course page or menu isn’t loading properly - how do I fix this?

A video or lesson won’t play - what now?
Make sure your internet connection is stable. If the video still won’t play, try switching devices or checking if your browser needs updating.
I submitted an assignment but don’t see a response.
